The Social Hub in Florence is seeking a Member Programme Intern to help bring the social heartbeat of our space to life, from intimate gatherings to larger programming moments. You'll coordinate speakers, partners and guests, manage logistics, gather feedback, and contribute ideas for future programming in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
You are currently enrolled at a EU university and study Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields, with fluent Italian and English,

As our Member Programme Intern, you’ll help bring the social heartbeat of our space to life, from intimate gatherings to buzzy programming moments that our community genuinely looks forward to. Some days you’ll be coordinating speakers, instructors and guests and the next chasing RSVPs and setting up a room just right. Other days you’ll be brainstorming new ideas, gathering feedback from the night before or helping to shape what our members experience next. No two shifts look the same — and that’s exactly the point.
