Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking an enthusiastic Members Relations Intern in Florence, Italy. You will welcome members, learn about their work, and help tailor experiences to their needs. You’ll track satisfaction, collect feedback, and support retention efforts to re-engage members who might drift away.

As part of your role, you’ll assist with onboarding, build relationships, and contribute to a thriving, multi-national community. This internship offers real responsibility and fast-paced collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university within the EU.
• Studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communication Sales or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months.

Job description

As our Members Relations Intern, you'll be one of the first faces people see and the reason they want to come back. From welcoming new arrivals, hosting our member spaces, to checking in with long-standing members, you'll help turn a great space into a genuine community. Some days you'll be catching up with members over coffee, getting to know their work and what they need. Other days you'll be tracking feedback, following up on concerns or helping the team spot who might need a little more love before they drift away. No two shifts look the same - and that's exactly the point. If you're a people person who genuinely cares about making someone's day better, and you want to learn the ins and outs of membership and retention, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Being a familiar, welcoming face for our members — getting to know them, their work, and what they need

• Organised enough to juggle multiple member relationships at once

What You'll Have

• You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU
• You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communication Sales or a related field

• You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day
• You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed
• You are fluent in Italian and English. Extra languages are always a plus
• You are available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months
