The Social Hub in Florence seeks a Member Programme Intern to help bring the social heartbeat of our space to life. You’ll coordinate speakers, guests and programming, support on logistics, and shape member experiences with fresh ideas.

Ideal candidates are organized, creative, and communicative, with fluency in Italian and English, plus a willingness to collaborate in a dynamic, multinational team.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled at a university within the EU.
• Studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and run in-hub events from intimate gatherings to larger programming moments.
• Liaise with speakers, partners and members to assemble events.
• Support logistics: scheduling, app updates, comms, room setup, on-the-day delivery.
• Gather feedback and help refine future programming and member experiences.
• Contribute ideas for new programming fitting the community.

As our Member Programme Intern, you’ll help bring the social heartbeat of our space to life, from intimate gatherings to buzzy programming moments that our community genuinely looks forward to. Some days you’ll be coordinating speakers, instructors and guests and the next chasing RSVPs and setting up a room just right. Other days you’ll be brainstorming new ideas, gathering feedback from the night before or helping to shape what our members experience next. No two shifts look the same — and that’s exactly the point. What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping to plan, coordinate, and run in-hub events — from intimate gatherings to bigger programming moments
• Liaising with speakers, partners, and members to bring events together
• Supporting on logistics: scheduling, app updates, comms, room setup, and on-the-day delivery
• Gathering feedback after events and helping the team refine what works
• Contributing ideas for new programming that fits our community

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic, organised, and comfortable managing moving parts
• A creative eye — you care about the details that make an event feel special
• Strong communicator who’s confident reaching out to speakers and partners
• Genuinely curious about community, culture, and what brings people together
• Previous event or volunteering experience is a bonus, but not essential
