Job summary

Greenhouse Software, Inc. seeks a Member Relations Intern in Florence to welcome members, host spaces and help turn a space into a community. You’ll track satisfaction, collect feedback and assist onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new members.

Ideal candidates are organized, people-focused, fluent in Italian and English, and eager to learn about hospitality, membership and retention in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at a university within the EU, studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communication, Sales or related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English; extra languages are a plus.
• Available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months.

• Being a familiar, welcoming face for our members — getting to know them, their work, and what they need.
• Tracking member satisfaction and flagging anything to improve their experience.
• Collecting and responding to member feedback, helping the team act on it.
• Supporting retention efforts — spotting disengaged members and helping bring them back.

Florence is buzzing — and our members are at the center of it all. As our Member Relations Intern, you’ll be one of the first faces people see and the reason they want to come back. From welcoming new arrivals, hosting our member spaces, to checking in with long-standing members, you’ll help turn a great space into a genuine community. Some days you’ll be catching up with members over coffee, getting to know their work and what they need. Other days you’ll be tracking feedback, following up on concerns or helping the team spot who might need a little more love before they drift away. No two shifts look the same - and that’s exactly the point. If you’re a people person who genuinely cares about making someone’s day better, and you want to learn the ins and outs of membership and retention, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organised enough to juggle multiple member relationships at once

What You’ll Have

• You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day
• You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed
• You are fluent in Italian and English. Extra languages are always a plus
