Two years of kitchen experience or a culinary diploma are required, and Italian and English are essential. The role demands hygiene discipline, teamwork, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in kitchen or culinary school diploma.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Knowledge of grilling, baking, boiling, etc.
• Commitment to hygiene and food safety.

Mansioni

• Preparing and organising workstations with all required ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Preparing and presenting dishes according to AMA Stay standards.
• Ensuring excellent presentation and attention to detail before dishes are served.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and sanitised kitchen environment.
