A leading analysis firm in Italy is looking for an experienced Product Manager to conduct market research, support product launches, and manage product life cycles. The ideal candidate requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, over three years of experience in product management, and fluency in both Chinese and English. Responsibilities include analyzing customer demand, converting business requirements into specifications, and assisting with product marketing strategies. Frequent travel within the region is expected.

  • Experience in the analysis of the testing and analysis instrument industry or agricultural markets.
  • Must be able to speak Chinese for liaison with HQ in China.
  • Possessing excellent learning ability to quickly understand company products.

Descrizione del lavoro

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry market research, demand analysis and competitive analysis in the target region and country, explore new products that match market demands or new application opportunities based on existing products, and promptly feedback to the company headquarters.
  • Be responsible for the research, planning and analysis of business requirements, convert business requirements into product requirements, and write product requirement specification documents.
  • Assist the product launch, support the sales team to complete the new product launch promotion work, support the product sales target.
  • Be responsible for the life cycle management of the product, including providing support and coordination for the operation plans and promotion plans in the early, middle and late stages of product launch.
  • Responsible for analyzing customer demand feedback and understanding internal demands, tracking product operation data, analyzing user feedback, formulating standardized product packages, and optimizing and iterating plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering or related fields.
  • More than three years of working experience as a product manager, with experience in the analysis of the testing and analysis instrument industry or agricultural markets such as feed and grain and oil crops.
  • Must be able to speak Chinese as he/she need to liaise with HQ in China.
  • Possessing excellent learning ability, one can quickly learn and understand the company's products and applications.
  • Strong logical thinking ability, good insight and analytical skills, capable of observing products and identifying opportunities from both customer needs and market opportunities perspectives simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and able to travel for frequent business trips within the region.
