Qualifications

• Esperienza pregressa nel settore lusso/hospitality o ristorazione di alto livello.

Responsibilities

• Contribuire alle operazioni quotidiane della divisione Food & Beverage durante il programma di MIT.
• Apprendere gli standard di servizio Four Seasons creando esperienze eccezionali per gli ospiti.
• Lavorare con i leader e i colleghi per comprendere gli aspetti operativi, finanziari e delle persone.
• Supportare la coordinazione del servizio per garantire un flusso di lavoro efficiente e alta soddisfazione degli ospiti.
• Sviluppare capacità di leadership supportando supervisione, formazione e coinvolgimento del personale.
• Stabilire solide partnership con cucina, rooms e altri reparti per offrire esperienze senza soluzione di continuità.
• Contribuire con idee per migliorare efficienza, qualità del servizio e performance complessiva.
• Assumere gradualmente responsabilità crescenti preparando per future opportunità di management.

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our F&B Division. As a Manager in Training (MIT) - Food & Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food & Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities. Through this 18-month development program, you will gain the experience, exposure, and mentorship needed to become a future leader within the organization.

What you will do

• Immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage Division, gaining hands-on experience across multiple outlets.
• Learn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests.
• Work closely with leaders and team members to understand the operational, financial, and people aspects of the business.
• Support the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
• Develop leadership skills by assisting with team supervision, coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.
• Gradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities within the Food & Beverage Division.

What you bring

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or Food & Beverage operations.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a long-term career in leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Natural curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• A guest-centric approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian

Schedule & Hours:
