Four Seasons Hotel Firenze invites applications for a Manager in Training (MIT) - People & Culture. This 18-month program pairs you with the P&C team to gain exposure to recruitment, engagement, development, and workplace initiatives, preparing you for future leadership roles within the group.

You will work on onboarding, employer branding, events, training coordination, and analytics while developing leadership and project management skills in a luxury hospitality setting in Florence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in Human Resources, hospitality, or a people-focused environment is preferred.
• Passion for people and hospitality, and creating positive workplace experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
• Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the People & Culture department and participate in key P&C initiatives.
• Develop an understanding of Four Seasons culture, values, and people practices.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including screening, interviews, onboarding, and employer branding.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and internal events.
• Support learning and development initiatives, training coordination, and talent development programs.
• Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with all hotel employees to provide P&C support.
• Gain exposure to workforce planning, performance management, and compensation.
• Participate in projects to enhance the employee experience and business objectives.

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our P&C department. As a Manager in Training (MIT) - People & Culture, you will work alongside the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all P&C aspects while contributing to an exceptional employee experience. This 18-month development program is designed for a people-oriented individual with strong business acumen who is eager to make an impact, grow as a leader and build a successful career within Four Seasons. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure, you will develop the skills and confidence needed to become a future leader within the organization.

What you bring
