Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our F&B Division. As a Manager in Training (MIT) – Food & Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food & Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities.

Competenze

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or Food & Beverage operations.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a long-term career in leadership.

• Immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage Division, gaining hands-on experience across multiple outlets.
• Learn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests.

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time position. As part of this role, you will be required to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
