Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping team and uphold luxury standards across guest rooms and public areas.

You will train and supervise Room Attendants and Linen Runners, conduct inspections, coordinate daily activities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready on time, while collaborating with other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience coaching teams and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

About the role

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full‑time, fixed‑term position requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

The position is at the C1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience
