Job summary

Four Seasons Florence is seeking a passionate Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. You will lead, coach, and supervise Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms meet the highest Four Seasons standards through daily inspections and proactive supervision.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of luxury hotel housekeeping experience, with strong leadership, organizational skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

• Strong leadership abilities and coaching experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise Room Attendants and Linen Runners to uphold Four Seasons standards.
• Conduct room inspections and coordinate housekeeping activities for timely readiness.
• Oversee floor operations, supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance issue resolution.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns to deliver exceptional service.
• Plan daily activities based on occupancy and coordinate with other departments.
• Support inventory management and administrative housekeeping tasks.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms meet the highest Four Seasons standards through quality inspections and daily team supervision.

What you will do

• Lead, support, and coach Room Attendants and Linen Runners, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Four Seasons quality standards.
• Conduct room inspections, monitor daily progress, and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure rooms are ready for guests on time.
• Oversee floor operations, ensuring adequate supplies, cleanliness of guest corridors and service areas, and prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns professionally, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Plan and organize daily activities based on occupancy levels and operational requirements, collaborating closely with other departments.
• Support inventory management, administrative tasks, and housekeeping operations across the hotel as needed.

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience coaching teams and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
