Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our Food & Beverage division. As an MIT, you will rotate across multiple outlets, gaining hands-on operations experience while developing your leadership potential.

This 18-month program offers mentorship and exposure to service standards, with a clear path to future management opportunities within the F&B division, focusing on exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or F&B operations.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our F&B Division. As a Manager in Training (MIT) – Food & Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food & Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities. Through this 18-month development program, you will gain the experience, exposure, and mentorship needed to become a future leader within the organization.

What you will do

• Immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage Division, gaining hands-on experience across multiple outlets.

• Work closely with leaders and team members to understand the operational, financial, and people aspects of the business.
• Support the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
• Develop leadership skills by assisting with team supervision, coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.
• Gradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities within the Food & Beverage Division.

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or Food & Beverage operations.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a long-term career in leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Natural curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• A guest-centric approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time position. As part of this role, you will be required to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
