Loro Piana is seeking a Store Manager for its luxury boutique to deliver commercial targets and uphold brand standards across all client touchpoints. You will develop the team, drive inventory and VM, and ensure exceptional selling ceremonies while coaching staff and maintaining strict business controls.

Lead a high-performing team with strong coaching, communication and English skills, and relentlessly pursue excellence in service and client experience.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury boutique.
• Passion for products and for the Loro Piana brand.
• Strong knowledge of the retail and luxury sector.
• Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Advanced level of English.

• Drive storytelling on heritage, savoir-faire and product uniqueness to strengthen brand desirability and conversion.
• Ensure a consistent client experience through selling ceremony standards and service excellence.

• Leverage market and competitor insights to identify opportunities and adjust commercial priorities.
• Govern inventory and visual merchandising to support availability, product rotation and store image consistency.
• Ensure operational planning, store operations and management, and audit readiness through strong compliance and internal controls.
• Build, lead and animate a high-performing team, ensuring effective team management and development.
• Coach on the floor and manage performance with clear objectives, feedback and recognition.
• Identify and develop talents, ensuring succession planning and capabilities growth for the management team.
• Drive engagement, inclusion and wellbeing through consistent communication, rituals and team care.
• Ensure workforce planning, scheduling and workload balance to support business needs and team sustainability.
