Loro Piana in Milano is seeking an client-experience ambassador to support an elegant in-store hospitality journey. You will welcome guests, assist the Client Advisor Team with scheduling, and supervise store quality and external suppliers to ensure an impeccable experience.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients at the store entrance and be the first contact.
• Support Client Advisor Team by scheduling appointments and guest visits.
• Ensure store is in excellent condition, supervising external suppliers.
• Lead by example and promote Loro Piana values in interactions with guests and staff.
• Maintain discretion with confidential guest information.
• Build relationships with guests and provide personalized service based on preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive help, recommendations, and solutions.
• Maintain records of guest preferences to support personalized service.
• Assist with VIC arrivals, celebrations, amenities, and bespoke arrangements.
• Provide information about the city, attractions, and services.
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and drive satisfaction.
• Support guest satisfaction and clientele initiatives.
• Ensure all interactions reflect Loro Piana standards and brand identity.
