RIMOWA, the luxury travel brand, is seeking a Store Manager for our Milan La Rinascente flagship. You will lead a premium sales team, uphold the brand's service model, and drive exceptional client experiences in an iconic store.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury retail with strong leadership and clienteling skills. You will coach staff, analyze performance, and ensure Visual Merchandising standards align with product launches.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Passion for retail and client service.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and our customer base.

Mansioni

• Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the team on the sales floor. Lead by example and uphold RIMOWA's sales and service model at all times.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence across all retail activities.
• Analyse weekly and monthly performance metrics and communicate reports clearly.
• Maximize staff sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching on selling and clienteling skills, and regular reviews of individual transaction statistics.
