360 Talent seeks an Assistant Store Manager for a Luxury RTW Store in Milan, Italy. You will support the Store Manager, lead the sales team, and ensure the boutique delivers an exceptional luxury client experience.

Key responsibilities include driving KPIs, managing client relationships through CRM, supervising staff, and upholding brand standards and visual merchandising. Fluency in English is required for this global luxury house.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury retail, ideally RTW.
• Supervisory or Assistant Store Manager experience with leadership.
• Strong commercial mindset with KPI/sales understanding.
• Client-focused with passion for delivering a luxury experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Organised and proactive in a target-driven environment.

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day boutique operations.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience with luxury service standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships via CRM and clienteling.
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and drive business results.
• Maintain brand image, visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Represent the brand as a confident ambassador of its heritage.
• Assist with stock management, VM activities, and store procedures.
