Burberry is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Milano La Rinascente location. You will support the Store Manager in driving category performance, coaching a sales team, and delivering the Burberry Experience across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, implementing training programs with the Training department, and maintaining brand standards while ensuring an efficient, customer-centric store operation.

• Experience leading a retail team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Proficiency with Apple devices and in-store tech.
• Experience with POS systems and sales analytics.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach and motivate sales associates to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on category sales and training.
• Ensure Burberry standards and exceptional customer service on the shop floor.
• Manage customer flow and vendor/stock coordination.
