The role requires a proactive, fashion-forward professional with strong relationship-building skills, capable of representing the brand's heritage and values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Client Advisor or similar in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Strong ability to build long-term relationships with clients and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Passion for fashion and luxury with the ability to communicate product knowledge to clients.
• Results-oriented, proactive and flexible, with strong team spirit and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center and provide excellent service in line with the client journey ceremony.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and Versace heritage.
• Capture client data in the CRM to develop personalized relationships.
• Host appointments in person or virtually and promote Omni Channel mindset.
• Assist back of house and maintain organized stock room.
• Follow company procedures on operations, stock, security, and reporting.
