Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center and deliver excellent service.
• Exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Capture client data in CRM and nurture relationships.
• Host appointments in-store or virtually and promote Omni Channel.
• Maintain stock room and cooperate with Back of House.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and security.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent luxury experience.
