Job summary

TOD’S Group in Milan is seeking a Sales Assistant to represent the brand in store, delivering the TOD’S promise and crafting a personalized client experience. You will focus on understanding clients, personalizing interactions, and building lasting relationships through our clienteling tools.

You will maintain expert product knowledge, tell compelling brand stories, and support daily operations while upholding flawless shop standards. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/luxury retail (2–4 years)

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with TOD’S values and selling ceremony
• Maintain product knowledge and create brand storytelling
• Use sales techniques to meet/exceed store targets and KPIs
• Maintain client relationships via CRM and build a loyal portfolio
• Keep the boutique organized and aligned with brand standards
• Support team in daily store operations and visual merchandising
• Handle payments, returns, and exchanges
• Adhere to TOD'S grooming standards and policies
