OTB Group (Diesel) in Milano is seeking an authentic, client-focused sales associate to deliver premium in-store experiences. You will act as a powerful communicator, weaving product knowledge with storytelling to meet client needs and build lasting relationships.

The role requires English and Italian language proficiency, a passion for luxury retail, and a commercial mindset. You will contribute to achieving personal and store KPIs through proactive cross-selling and high standards on the shop

Competenze

• Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in Luxury/Retail sectors.
• Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Passionate about Retail, client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and digital awareness.

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of client desires.
• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Master storytelling and asking engaging questions to drive sales.
