Job summary

TOD’S Group in Milan is seeking a Sales Assistant to be an ambassador of the Brand in our boutique. You will personalize client experiences, build relationships through clienteling tools, and ensure the TOD’S promise is reflected in every interaction.

The role requires 2–4 years in luxury fashion retail, fluency in English, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. 40 hours per week, on-site with a competitive salary of 26,000–27,000 EUR gross annually plus restaurant tickets and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within fashion/luxury retail (2–4 years).
• Proven experience in luxury Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with TOD’S values and selling ceremony.
• Maintain product knowledge and tell brand storytelling.
• Use sales techniques to meet store targets and KPIs.
• Build client relationships via CRM and clienteling tools.
• Keep the boutique organized and aligned with brand standards.
• Support team in daily operations and merchandise management.
• Process payments, returns and exchanges.
• Follow TOD’S grooming standards.
