Ideal candidates have luxury retail or hospitality background, fluency in Italian and English, and a strong sense of grooming and personal style. You will excel at clienteling, CRM, and collaborating with the team to meet store targets.

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Uphold standards of retail excellence by delivering exceptional service.
• Achieve KPIs and drive store results.
• Provide an engaging client experience, guided by the brand’s Sales Ceremony.
• Reflect luxury brand image through service, grooming, and professionalism.
• Be a product expert on design, craftsmanship, materials and care.
• Build and maintain client relationships and clienteling.
• Drive CRM in store with an entrepreneurial approach and proper use of tools.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Support daily operations, inventory movements and back-office tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and social media representation.
• Demonstrate commitment to DEI and sustainability initiatives.
• Integrate company values into daily role, fostering diversity and creativity.
