360 Talent is recruiting for a premium luxury fashion client in Milan to fill a client advisor role. You will focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Competenze

3+ years of experience within a premium or luxury fashion environment, with solid RTW expertise.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous approach.

Mansioni

Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service.
Consistently uphold company standards, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom operations and cash desk activities when required.
Maintain strong product and collection knowledge, staying up to date with the latest launches and demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.
