360 Talent is recruiting an experienced Store Manager for a Milan boutique, part of an internationally recognised luxury fashion house. You will lead the boutique’s performance, elevate client experience, drive commercial success, and develop a high-performing team, while representing the brand with premium service.

The role demands strong leadership, proven sales achievement, clienteling expertise with VIP clientele, expert stock and visual merchandising, and the ability to manage recruitment,

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within luxury fashion, accessories, or premium retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Experience working with demanding local and international clientele.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, clienteling, and luxury retail operations.
• Highly organised, professional, and results-oriented.
