360 Talent London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Luxury RTW store in Milan, Italy. The role supports the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, and leads a high-performing sales team to deliver the finest client experience at Via Montenapoleone.

You will drive sales, manage KPIs, clientelling, and brand standards, with a competitive salary up to €50,000 plus bonus and benefits. English proficiency is required to ensure superior service.

Assistant Store Manager – Luxury RTW Store, Via Montenapoleone

Salary: up to €50,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the boutique.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, ensuring the highest luxury service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the team in clienteling and CRM activities.
• Monitor individual and team performance, analysing KPIs and implementing actions to drive business results.
• Ensure the brand image, visual merchandising, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Act as a role model and ambassador for the brand, representing its heritage, values, and identity.
• Support stock management, VM activities, and all operational procedures in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally within RTW.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or Assistant Store Manager position, with strong team leadership skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and solid understanding of KPIs and sales performance.
• Client-focused, with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
• A natural leader who is elegant, humble, well-spoken, and confident in representing a luxury brand.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• English is a must.
