Hermès Italie seeks a Facility & Construction Supervisor to oversee development of retail projects in Italy and Greece and manage store facilities. The role collaborates with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet Maison standards and timelines.

You will supervise maintenance of stores, external warehouses, and headquarters, ensuring high-quality upkeep. The position requires managing budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts, with strong coordination across

Competenze

• University degree in Architecture, or Interior Design, or Construction (preferred).
• Ability to manage multi projects at the same time.
• Internal team coordination experience.
• Excellent understanding of design drawings and project documentation.

Mansioni

• Draft the store brief in the preliminary stages of the project.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and schedules from groundbreaking to store opening.
• Work closely with the financial controller to assist with overall planning.
• Budget accountability for projects; monitor costs, invoices, change orders, and minimize overspending.
• Ensure strip-out of former locations and their return to the landlord.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design standards.
• Coordinate fixtures, signages and merchandising installations for sales readiness.
• Align with operations to ensure stock allocation and warehouse organization.
• Collaborate with HR to optimize staff areas; coordinate IT systems across stores.
