Hermès is seeking a Textile & Components Quality Supervisor to act as the local Italian reference for Purchasing and Materials Quality teams. You will ensure raw materials and components meet internal standards, manage supplier quality across tier-1 and tier-2, and lead containment and corrective actions with rigor and clear communication.

You will travel frequently to production sites and to Pantin/Paris for training, with a focus on fieldwork, quality alerts, and continuous improvement in

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent, technical background.
• Significant professional experience in material quality control, preferably in textiles.
• Proven experience in problem-solving and luxury textile quality requirements.
• Fluent Italian and French or English.

Mansioni

• Act as the local Italian reference for Purchasing and Materials Quality teams.
• Ensure raw materials and components comply with internal standards and specifications.
• Lead quality control across tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers and auditing.
• Manage quality alerts and initiate corrective actions with Purchasing and Quality teams.
• Coordinate external control centers and ensure clear communication of decisions.
