Job summary

LVMH Group is seeking a Store Planning & Facility Specialist in Milan to support the Store Planning & Facility Manager in developing, managing and maintaining luxury retail and corporate spaces.

The role covers new store openings, renovations, and Corners, plus facility management for Milan offices, Showroom and stores across Italy. Requires a technical degree and 3–5 years in luxury/fashion sales, strong MS Office, AutoCAD 2D, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a technical field such as Surveying, Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the luxury/fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; Adobe Suite and 3D software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Store Planning & Project Management: Support management of new store opening projects; renovate and touch-up existing stores; open Temporary Stores, seasonal Pop Up Stores and Corners; ensure Concept Guidelines align with Creative Direction; coordinate with internal teams, consultants and external suppliers on timing and costs.
• Facility Management: Coordinate maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, A/C); manage external suppliers; ensure equipment and systems function; handle maintenance requests and breakdowns; support property and service management activities.
• Showroom: Prepare and set up Showroom spaces; collaborate with IT to keep spaces impeccable and functional.
• Profile/Requirements: 3-5 years luxury/fashion sales, Diploma/Degree in technical field, Excellent Italian and English, strong communication and organization, ability to work under pressure.
