Hermès Italy & Greece is seeking a Facility & Construction Supervisor to lead the development of retail projects and the facility management of the subsidiary stores. You will plan, manage, and execute new openings, renovations, and restyling projects, collaborating with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure execution in line with Maison standards of excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating store layout improvements, budget accountability, schedules, and design

Competenze

• Proven experience in luxury retail project management.
• University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English; Italian required; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Draft the store brief and develop project plans from groundbreaking to opening.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders; supervise cost control.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor site progress with vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate store layout with retailers, IT, HR, and operations.
• Lead facility management strategy and oversee maintenance programs.
