Hermès in Milano is seeking a Textile & Components Quality Supervisor to oversee local Italian supplier quality and ensure compliance with Maison standards. You will collaborate with Métiers teams to align raw materials, conduct inspections, and manage quality incidents. A strong engineering background and textiles experience are required.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent and strong experience in material quality control.
• Experience in textiles and luxury quality standards.
• Proven problem-solving and quality improvement capabilities.

Mansioni

• Support production launches and monitor manufacturing follow-up for textiles.
• Inspect raw materials at tier-1/tier-2 suppliers and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead quality incidents management and coordinate with Purchasing and Quality teams.
• Support returns and remediation, validating conformity before re-delivery.
