Job summary

Prada Group seeks an experienced Facility Management professional to ensure operational efficiency and safety across the EMEA retail network, including oversight of Versace stores. You will supervise maintenance, ensure H&S compliance, and coordinate with local consultants to update risk assessments.

The role requires hands-on management of PPM activities, contractor oversight, audits, and cost control, with willingness to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a structured Facility Management environment with H&S focus.
• Degree in Engineering or Architecture; professional certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS; basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine and extraordinary maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, fire safety, store aesthetics).
• Oversee regulatory compliance across EMEA stores; update risk assessments with local consultants.
• Manage external contractors for PPM, monitor performance and KPIs.
• Plan on-site and periodic safety and maintenance audits; communicate cost data via CMMS.
• Forecast and negotiate OPEX for maintenance and safety equipment/services; optimize resources.
• Support Retail/Store Operations in promoting safety and quality for staff and clients.
