Job summary

Borgo Pignano Florence, a luxury retreat, seeks a Revenue & Reservations Supervisor to optimize reservations and pricing across Borgo Pignano Florence and Tuscany. You will work with the Reservation Manager to ensure high-quality guest experiences and drive revenue through upselling and effective distribution.

Ideal candidate has min 3 years in revenue/reservations in hospitality, strong English, and data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and priority-management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with results-driven approach.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.
• References required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Reservation Manager on reservations across channels (email, phone, OTA, GDS).
• Enter and manage reservations in PMS/CRS, verify rates, deposits, and cancellation policies.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for room assignments and requests.
• Apply upselling and cross-selling to upgrade room categories, dining, spa, and experiences.
• Lead revenue management activities for Borgo Pignano Florence and Tuscany; implement pricing strategies.
• Monitor occupancy, pace, lead time, cancellations, ADR, RevPAR, and channel mix; adjust actions.
• Update rates, restrictions, MLOS, allotments, blocks, rate codes, and packages.
• Prepare reports/forecasts; support budget processes and corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with OTAs, tour operators, and distribution vendors.
• Ensure data quality in PMS/CRS/CRM/GDS; GDPR-compliant data handling.
