Responsibilities

• Contributing to creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information.
• Assisting in responding to guests' inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing and special offers.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the hotel and its services.
• Supporting effective resolution of guest issues with the Reservations Team and other departments.
• Supporting the Reservations Team with daily operational tasks.
