Job summary

Borgo Pignano Tuscany Relais & Châteaux in Tuscany seeks a Front Office professional with a passion for luxury hospitality to lead guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and F&B to ensure seamless service and personalized attention.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, flawless English, a professional appearance, and a collaborative spirit, with a valid driving licence and references.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent customer-service orientation and a strong service mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative spirit.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Own vehicle / valid driving license and access to a car.
• Verifiable professional references.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out operations professionally and in accordance with company standards.
• Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests throughout all stages of their stay.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, activities and experiences offered by the property.
• Monitor, record, and verify the accurate billing of stays and services used.
• Handle requests, feedback, and complaints promptly, empathetically, and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
• Update and maintain the operational reports required by Management.
• Ensure compliance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano Tuscany standards in every guest interaction.
