Formación

• Hospitality industry training or diploma.
• Experience in reservations, sales, or front office.
• Multilingual: German, Italian and English.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Proactive upselling and advisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized advice and actively sell rooms and experiences.
• Receive and process reservations via all channels.
• Review and manage bookings, changes, and confirmations.
• Maintain reservation data and adhere to quality standards.
• Monitor availability to optimize occupancy, upsell additional services.
