Lionard Luxury Real Estate, Italy's leading luxury real estate company, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for its Milan office. You will coordinate the commercial support team, optimize CRM workflows, and ensure data accuracy while working with Advisors and management in a fast-paced, high-prestige environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in operational coordination or related leadership, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and fluent English.

• 3–5 years in operational coordination, office management, or team leadership in fast-paced contexts.
• Experience with CRM workflows and data management is essential.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
