Prada Group seeks a Store Professional in Milan to support sales and stock management. You will act as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand philosophy and values while maximizing sales and fostering customer loyalty.

You will also handle stock KPIs, ensure stock procedures, and minimize losses by maintaining impeccable stock control and following corporate guidelines. Fluency in English and a passion for luxury are essential.

• Fluent English required; other languages desirable.

• Develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
• Cross-sell with departments to maximize sales and hit targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Liaise with line manager for customer complaints; uphold guidelines.
• Maintain shop floor visual standards per operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Support security and prevent losses; ensure stock safety.
• Manage daily goods receipt and prepare merchandise for sales floors and special areas.
• Organize stock counting and stock-takes; track product flow in SAP.
• Assist with stockroom activities related to Markdown and transfers.
• Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.
