Job summary

Celine is offering an international Human Resources internship in Florence, starting November 2026 for a six‑month period. You will work within the HR team on organizational processes, training, and communication, contributing to an engaged, authentic luxury brand environment.

Responsibilities include job description mapping, learning catalog support, employer branding collaboration, and internal communications. Strong Italian and English, plus office software proficiency, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, economics, or law.
• Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Development & Job Descriptions: Map internal competencies, analyze roles, and update job descriptions to optimize structure and efficiency.
• Learning & Development: Design, schedule, and monitor training; track effectiveness and maintain the training catalog.
• Employer Branding: Support internal and external branding initiatives to attract talent and boost engagement.
• Internal Communication: Assist in managing HR communications to foster alignment and strengthen culture.
