Job summary

Moncler, headquartered in Trebaseleghe, Italy, is seeking an intern to join our People & Organization team for an Operations-focused experience. This 6-month internship is full-time and starts immediately.

You will support HR Business Partner activities, data maintenance, KPI analytics, recruitment needs, and internal HR projects, while gaining exposure to a global luxury fashion house's HR operations.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Humanities or Labor Consultant.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the HR Business Partner in employee relations activities.
• Maintain accurate data in the HR team's database.
• Monitor HR KPI’s and analytics reports.
• Define recruiting needs and draft job descriptions.
• Actively support internal HR projects.
