Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, economics, or law, preferably with HR/organizational focus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support design, scheduling, and monitoring of training courses within HR.
• Assist in tracking training effectiveness and managing the training catalog.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal communications.
• Collaborate on organizational development and job description updates.
