Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with precision and organization.

Responsibilities

• CV screening and assessing applicants.
• Telephone interviews and scheduling interviews on-site and remotely.
• Job postings and shadowing during interviews.
• Update job descriptions and organization charts.
• Document archiving support.
• Coordinate and assist in employer branding events and university networking.
• Track expiration dates for temporary contracts, agency workers and internships; maintain employee data.
