Anantara Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations. You will supervise staff, coordinate with Front Office on arrivals, monitor supplies, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Mansioni

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and LQA.
• Conduct daily inspections and address deficiencies to maintain service standards.
• Supervise Room Attendants, Housemen, and Public Area Attendants.
• Provide operational support and participate in cleaning and final prep for VIP and regular rooms.
• Train new team members on procedures and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Front Office on arrivals/departures and room status.
• Monitor supplies and equipment, report shortages and ensure continuity.
• Ensure housekeeping offices/storage areas are organized and stocked.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints related to housekeeping or maintenance.
• Assign daily tasks and room assignments according to workload and occupancy.
• Report room status and issues to the Housekeeping Director.
• Monitor use of amenities and cleaning products; report discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports on room readiness and productivity.
• Assist with monthly linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies inventory.
