Anantara Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain immaculate rooms and public areas, upholding luxury standards at iconic destinations.

You will clean and service rooms, change linens, stock supplies, and assist other staff while ensuring guest requests are handled with care. 6 months’ experience, a secondary education, and fluency in the local language; English knowledge is highly valued for guest interactions.

Competenze

• At least 6 months’ experience in housekeeping or similar roles.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in local language; English knowledge is valuable.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to standards.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, minibar and amenities.
• Prepare rooms for special requests (extra beds, cradle).
• Stock and transport housekeeping cart daily.
• Report incidents or maintenance deficiencies to supervisor.
• Clean common areas and maintain order of furniture in assigned zones.
• Support other staff in cleaning and room prep as needed.
• Implement housekeeping and laundry quality procedures.
• Carry out preventive sanitary hygiene maintenance.
