We are seeking a seasoned hotel leader for Meliá Hotels International in Milan. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees day-to-day operations across departments to ensure a superior luxury guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in senior hotel management within luxury properties, strong team leadership, and fluency in English and Italian. A third language is a plus, with a focus on staff development and continuous service excellence.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Resident Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or Hotel Manager in luxury hotels.
• Experience in 5-star urban luxury hotels preferred.
• Strong ability to lead hotel operations with a guest-centric mindset and attention to detail.
• Proven people management, talent development, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
• University degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and optimize operations of all hotel departments.
• Lead hotel teams to foster high performance, collaboration, and guest-centric service.
• Deliver a personalized luxury experience by attention to detail and hospitality culture.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, standards, and policies in line with Gran Meliá brand.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and drive initiatives for service and results.
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve objectives and develop internal talent.
