Job summary

W Rome and The Rome EDITION seek a dynamic IT Manager to lead the technology function across both luxury lifestyle properties in Rome. The role ensures smooth operations, security, and continuous improvement of IT systems, infrastructure, and user support while delivering an exceptional experience for associates and guests.

The cluster role covers IT operations, project leadership, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and budget management, with a focus on PMS/POS and hotel technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT Manager or Assistant IT Manager in hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networks, Microsoft environments, servers, cybersecurity, cloud solutions.
• Experience supporting PMS, POS, and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations across both Rome hotels.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of networks, servers, and end-user devices.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
• Maintain data protection standards and compliance with brand requirements.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and inventories.
• Provide technical support to hotel teams and leadership.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
