Rosewood Rome is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead all front desk and door operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences across the property. The role requires a dynamic leader who inspires a team to provide personalized service and memorable interactions.

Candidates should have a luxury hospitality background, a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, and strong PMS skills (Opera preferred). The position offers a competitive salary and a path to leadership within Rosewood Rome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of front office experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk and door operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and coach front office team including reception, bell desk, and night audit.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and other departments on room inventory and rate strategies.
