Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking an IT Manager to oversee all technology operations across the property, ensuring reliability, security and guest-focused digital services. Reporting to the IT Director, this role leads pre-opening IT deployment, supports the opening readiness of servers, networks and guest technologies, and collaborates with regional teams to uphold corporate standards.

You will manage incident response, patching, backups and disaster recovery, while delivering IT security

Competenze

Proven IT management experience in luxury hospitality or service-driven environments.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and hospitality tech.
Experience with PMS/POS, revenue management interfaces, access control and guest tech.
Track record delivering IT projects and operational improvements.

Mansioni

As IT Manager, oversee technology operations across the hotel and ensure reliability and security.
Lead pre-opening IT deployment and readiness of all systems before opening.
Coordinate installation, configuration, and testing of IT infrastructure.
Maintain alignment with corporate IT standards and GDPR/PCI DSS compliance.
Provide first/second line support and mentor colleagues on IT best practices.
Manage IT projects, budgets, timelines and change control processes.
