Four Seasons Hotel Danieli, Venice is seeking a Hotel Assistant Manager to oversee daily Front Office, Guest Experience, and Concierge operations, acting as Manager on Duty to ensure a seamless luxury guest experience. The role requires leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for service.

Based at Hotel Danieli, you will lead Front Desk and Guest Services, coordinate with Sales, Catering and Housekeeping, and ensure accurate billing and discreet handling of sensitive situations.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of luxury hospitality experience in a supervisory or managerial Rooms Division role.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Manage the daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Concierge teams.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management, responding to emergencies and issues.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests with a focus on personalized service.
• Interview, train, schedule, and evaluate team members to promote growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure flawless operations.
• Oversee billing, cash handling and reconciliations, with proper approvals.
• Respond to guest requests with attentiveness and discretion to enhance satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and empathetically.
