Four Seasons Hotels Ltd is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor for their Hotel Danieli in Venice. This full-time role involves supervising hygiene standards and operational processes in Food & Beverage areas. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and fluency in both Italian and English. Competenze

• Experience in luxury hotels or structured food service operations.
• Solid understanding of hygiene and workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily stewarding operations across Food & Beverage.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety regulations.
• Train and develop stewarding team members.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment.

Conoscenze

2–3 years of experience in stewarding or back-of-house

Knowledge of HACCP standards

Strong leadership skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Fluency in Italian and English
